Henrietta the Hen Dainty Earrings

Meet Henrietta, inspired by a hen from one of the last remaining original chicken farms in Petaluma, and one of my favorite companions at the pumpkin patch where I give agriculture tours. Henrietta is as gentle as they come. She lets the kids pet her feathers, touch her comb, and admire her waddle without a single complaint, calm, patient, and sweet through it all.

These earrings are a tribute to her kind nature and the simple beauty of farm life. Handmade from lightweight polymer clay, Henrietta features soft, light tones and delicate details chosen especially for a Valentine’s-inspired palette. While the real Henrietta may wear different colors, this version is a loving nod to her gentle presence.
