Polymer Clay Earrings
Q: How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?
A: Polymer clay is durable but should still be treated with care. Avoid bending, dropping, or exposing them to water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Q: Why isn’t my earring the exact same colors as shown in the photo?
A: Great question! Each pair is made using a hand-marbled slab, meaning every mix of color is unique. No two pairs are exactly alike — that’s part of what makes them special!
Q: My cutters are sticking to the clay — what should I do?
A: Dip your cutter into a little cornstarch before pressing it into the clay. Tap off the excess, then cut as usual. It helps prevent sticking and gives you cleaner cuts.
Q: Are the earring posts hypoallergenic?
A: Yes! We use nickel-free and hypoallergenic posts suitable for sensitive ears.
Q: Can I wear polymer clay earrings in water?
A: It’s best to keep them dry. While water won’t dissolve them, it may weaken the adhesive or metal over time.

Q: How do I get my wine glass charm to stick?
A: Make sure you dampen the suction cup slightly with water before pressing it onto the glass. Dry suction cups won’t stick well. Once moistened, press firmly and it should hold in place during your event or gathering.
Q: Can I reuse my wine glass charms?
A: Absolutely! Just wash them gently after use and store in a dry place. The suction cups can be reused many times.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade and sometimes vintage nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
A: Yes! We offer gift packaging and can include a handwritten message. Just leave a note at checkout.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your package is on the way.
