Shipping policy

Processing Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via [USPS / UPS / another carrier], and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount — this will be noted on our homepage or banner when available.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number first. If you need help, we’re happy to assist — just email us at ruthandco25@gmail.com.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
